We are planning a cleanup day at our main site. We could use your help in this endeavor.

What we need to do:

Brush clearing
Weed whacking
Cleaning out old parts - Scrap items to be removed (you’re welcome to anything that tickles your fancy, otherwise it’s going to the scrap yard) – radio chassis, cabinets, etc. – great parts for beginners and those who need to fill their scrap box. –Those with pickup trucks or trailers that would be willing to haul to the scrap yard would be very much appreciated – please contact me (president@w8hvg.org) on this also.

Labor day weekend – September 6th. – 09:00 – till ???

Where:
Main site – 92nd. – contact any board member for directions

What to bring:
PPE – Gloves, safety classes, etc.
Weed whackers – gas or manual
Mowers
Wire brushes – suitable for scraping a concrete building
Paint brush(s)

We will have some of these items on hand, so feel free to just bring yourself.

I do need to know how many people and what they are bringing so we know what supplies to bring.

Lunch will be provided – also need a count.
